Work Experience - With different leadership roles held across the world in the Oil & Gas, Engineering and Construction Industries, Romuald started his career in the Congo from 2001 to 2009. He held the positions of Logistics & Services Manager, Operations Manager, then Managing Director. From 2009 to 2017, he served at one of the world largest Oil & Gas services company as Supply Chain Manager, Central West Africa Procurement & Sourcing Manager, Global Supplier Manager and Change Management and Deployment Manager. Then became a Change Management Leader for one of the world larger engine manufacturing companies.
Romuald is a board member of Inc. 5000 company, and Executive board member of Texas West Africa Chamber of Commerce.
Education - Graduated in Physical Chemistry, Marien Ngouabi University

Jean-Alexis Moussounda
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Work Experience - Mr. Moussounda was previously a Vice President for the Production Group at Schlumberger for Sub Sahara Africa, a position he held from 1 January 2018 until he joined Kukiaa. Prior to joining Kukiaa, Mr. Moussounda worked with Schlumberger from 2000 to 2020 and has held various global management positions including Global Operations Integrity Vice President in Houston; Global Quality and HSE in Houston, Region Operations Director for South for East Asia; Europe & Africa Human Resources Manager in France and several Operations Managers roles in Nigeria, Ecuador. Mr. Moussounda’s training background is Business Development, Enterprise Management, Drilling & Completions Engineering.
Education - Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Moscow.

Shannon Louyindoula Dean

Work Experience - Shannon has over 10 years of experience as a brand ambassador and marketing professional. This experience includes brand consulting experience across various industries, including telecommunications, automotive, specialized events and spirits. In addition to experience in marketing and promotions, Shannon is also an experienced recruiter and current Inc. 5000 company board member.
Education - Bachelor of science from the University of Houston in Houston, Texas.
